• Maintains iRattler HCM Module.
• Inputs personal and job data for all University employees.
• Makes all the necessary changes to job related data, including salary, departmental and personal information.
• Provides oversight of the Employee Self-Service component of iRattler to ensure that employees are able to update/modify personal information.
• Collaborates with and serves as liaison to the Budget Office, Sponsored Programs and Academic Affairs regarding personnel/payroll related issues.
• Provides oversight of the FICA tax setup for employees.
• Collaborates with all departments pertaining to employee sign-up packets.
• Maintains Website, University Regulations and Internal Operating Procedures for program area.
